You bring the relationship. EAR handles the sale, the delivery, and the payout.
Submit the account through your Partner Portal or by emailing partners@ear.energy. Include contact name, organization, estimated cluster size, and your relationship to the prospect. Registration locks the account to you for 90 days.
The EAR direct sales team owns the sales cycle from first contact through signature. You're kept informed at each stage and choose how involved to be. EAR covers all cost of selling, demonstrating, and closing.
Commission is paid within 30 days of the customer's first invoice payment. You receive 10% of the first-year software license fee. No caps, no minimums.
Every partner earns commission from referral one. Tiers add support and visibility as your referral volume grows.

Commission is calculated on the first-year software license fee only. Professional services, implementation, and support fees are excluded. Tier qualification is assessed annually.

Any individual or organization with relevant connections in the HPC, AI infrastructure, or enterprise computing ecosystem — system integrators, HPC consultants, research infrastructure advisors, sustainability consultants, procurement specialists, and former HPC practitioners.
90 days from lead registration. If the account hasn't progressed to a signed contract within that window, EAR reviews the opportunity with you before any reassignment. Active pipeline opportunities are never reassigned without discussion.
Referral commissions apply to new EAR customers only. If you identify a meaningful expansion opportunity within an existing account, contact your partner manager to discuss a referral or co-sell arrangement.
The standard program covers referral only. If you want to co-sell, provide technical assistance, or be involved in deployment, speak with your partner manager about EAR's reseller and alliance partner tracks.
Commission is paid within 30 days of the customer's first invoice payment. EAR contacts you with payment details at contract signature; bank transfer is standard.
If the customer has no existing relationship with EAR and hasn't been contacted in the past 12 months, your referral is valid regardless of prior awareness. Register the lead first — EAR verifies status within 48 hours.
